At OpenGeoHub, Gülten specializes with managing and coordinating communication and multimedia components of our various projects and helps managing project outputs, tracking progress and coordinating the production of thematic reports in conjunction with finance. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and assisting in the implementation of hybrid and in-person (international) events, such as project meetings and conferences, science webinars and interviews,
- Assisting with installing and maintaining websites, social media accounts and discussion and communication platforms,
- Contributing to coordination of the communication team, organizing and executing workflows, strategizing media campaigns,
- Assisting with video production and design, implementation and publication of creative graphic materials,
- Monitoring that project deliverables & milestones are met on time in conjunction with the technical and finance teams,
- Coordinating the appropriate preparation of narrative reports with the technical and finance team.
