Tianyu Yang

Tianyu supports OpenGeoHub by helping with project management, for both European and international projects.

The working tasks include but are not limited to:

• Setting up and maintaining  project management systems and implementation plans;
• Tracking and quality-controlling progress of various teams and individuals;
• Supporting accounting and financial planning and financial reporting activities;
• Keeping projects on track, monitoring deliverables & milestones are met on time;
• Cross-checking agendas and logistical planning;
• Assisting with acquisition including preparation and development of proposals;
