Details

Participants of the ODSE workshop and conference are asked to cover their own expenses. The participant can buy the pass covering the costs of lunch (1 x day), coffee breaks (2 x day) and drinks on Tuesday evening (1 drink). This pass does not cover costs of accommodation. Information about accommodation is available at info@wicc.nl mentioning the ODSE workshop. There are 3 different passes, depending on the attendance:

  • Training sessions pass: 2 lunches, 4 coffees, 1 drink for participants attending Day 1 (6 Sept.) and Day 2 only; 65 EUR
  • Conference only pass 3 lunches, 6 coffess, 1 drink for participants attending Day 3 (8 Sept.), Day 4 (9 Sept.), Day 5 (10 Sept.) only; 100 EUR
  • Full conference pass 5 lunches, 10 coffees, 1 drink for participants attending all days; 165 EUR

Please note that this is a not-for-profit amount to be paid to WICC. OpenGeoHub educational services are exempt from VAT following the CRKBO registration.

All payments and refunds will be made in euros. Bank transfer costs need to be covered by the applicant.
