Key responsibilities:
- Maintain financial administration in Exact Online, ensuring accurate and up-to-date company finances
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, and monitor creditors and debtors to ensure timely payments
- Assist auditors and accountants, including preparation of annual accounts (jaarrekening)
- Coordinate personnel administration, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and assisting with HR-related documentation
- Provide HR-adjacent support such as contract administration and internal policy coordination
